A number of different services and response times are available, as well as active measurements and reports to assist you in assessing our service. Our bespoke IT system logs job instructions, and monitors all aspects and progress of on-going works. These details can be relayed to our customers as required.
All our operatives have mobile handsets where jobs are received by email and access is available to complete Health & Safety risk assessments for all site visits made. We also have the facility to download quotes and any necessary photos directly to our office to review and forward to our clients.
